Flu and COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics in Wood County
As the fall season approaches, it’s time to prepare for cold and flu season by staying up-to-date with your vaccinations. The Wood County Health Department is making it easier for you to protect yourself and your loved ones by offering a series of flu and COVID-19 vaccine clinics throughout the county. These clinics are open to individuals of all ages, ensuring that everyone has access to important immunizations.

Available Vaccines
At these upcoming clinics, you can receive:
- COVID-19 Vaccines:
- Spikevax Moderna
- Novavax
- Flu Vaccines:
- Regular Flu Vaccine (FluLaval)
- High-Dose Flu Vaccine (Fluzone HD) – specifically for individuals aged 65 and older

What You Need to Know
- If You Have Insurance: For both adults and children with insurance, bring your insurance card as it will be billed for the vaccines.
- If You Do Not Have Insurance: Adults without insurance or whose insurance does not cover vaccines will receive the flu and COVID-19 vaccines at no cost. Children without insurance or whose insurance does not cover vaccines will incur a $20 administration fee. Please note that no payments will be collected during the clinic.
