The Wood County Community Health Center (WCCHC) is dedicated to improving health outcomes for our community. We are currently seeking proposals from local contractors or transportation businesses to provide prescription home delivery services for our patients. This initiative aims to address mobility and transportation barriers that many of our patients face, ensuring they have timely and secure access to their medications.

We invite contractors to submit proposals for any or all of the following three requests outlined in linked the RFP: Pharmacy Delivery RFP

Submission Requirements

Interested contractors should include the following in their proposal:

1. Business Overview: A brief introduction to your company, including years of operation, location, and relevant experience.
2. Service Approach: Detailed description of how your company will meet the requirements outlined in the Scope of Services.
3. Compliance Assurance: Documentation of your understanding and adherence to prescription delivery regulations.
4. Cost Proposal: A breakdown of costs for your services, including any additional fees.
5. References: At least two references from organizations you have partnered with in a similar capacity.

Submission Deadline

Interested contractors should submit the following materials electronically to Paul Bogner, WCCHC Pharmacist in Charge, no later than 5:00 p.m., Friday, January 31, 2025.
