The first draft of the Wood County Community Health Needs Assessment has been completed. The Community Health Assessment or CHNA helps us identify key needs and concerns within Wood County. The CHA also provides up-to-date demographic information related to the health status and available resources in our community. Information received from the survey guides our Community Health Improvement Plan.

An important part of our CHNA is collecting feedback on our results. Please take a look and let us know what you think.
