Health Education RFP Released
The Wood County Health Department (WCHD) is excited to announce the release of a Request for Proposal (RFP) aimed at developing comprehensive health education materials focused on preventing and mitigating the transmission of infectious diseases, particularly COVID-19, within our community.
We invite contractors to submit proposals for any or all of the following three requests outlined in the RFP:
1. Curriculum and Health Education Materials ($400,000)
2. Educational and Professional Development Materials ($425,000)
3. Health Education Campaign ($400,000)
Funding for this project is provided either in whole or in part by a grant awarded by the Ohio Department of Health, Bureau of Infectious Diseases, and as a sub-award of a grant issued to the Ohio Department of Health under the ELC Cooperative Agreement CK-19-1904, ELC Enhanced Detection.
This initiative underscores our commitment to equipping our community with the necessary resources and information to combat the spread of infectious diseases.
Interested parties are encouraged to review the RFP document for detailed guidelines and submission instructions. The deadline for proposal submission is March 29, 2024.
